Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refunds and cancellations for SEOLFUL services, including subscriptions, credit packs, and related purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic transactions, and in multiple currencies for international transactions, which are automatically converted to INR for settlement.
You agree to be bound by Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to our own terms.
3. Credit Pack Purchases
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same credit pack
- Payment made in error (within 24 hours of purchase)
- Technical failure preventing credit addition to your account
- Unauthorized transaction reported within 24 hours
3.2 Non-Refundable Credits
Credits that have been used or partially used are not eligible for refund. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be refunded unless the purchase meets the eligibility criteria above.
3.3 Refund Process for Credit Packs
To request a refund for a credit pack purchase:
- Contact us at support@shoptalkdigital.com within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide your order ID, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.
4.2 Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Refund requested within 7 days of initial subscription (for first-time subscribers only)
- Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Technical issues preventing service access that we cannot resolve
4.3 Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Timeline
Refunds, if approved, will be processed as follows:
- Review Period: 2-3 business days from request submission
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Total Time: Typically 7-10 business days from request to refund receipt
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via credit/debit cards, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
5.3 Currency Conversion
For international payments, refunds will be processed in the original currency when possible, or in INR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or invalid, your account may be permanently terminated.
7. Service Cancellation
7.1 By You
You may cancel your account and service at any time by deleting your account through the settings page. Upon cancellation, all unused credits will be forfeited, and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
7.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account for violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Credits that have been used or consumed
- Service fees and transaction charges
- Currency conversion fees
- Payments made more than 30 days ago (except for technical failures)
- Purchases made through promotional or discounted pricing (subject to specific terms)
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We will investigate and may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
9.2 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in refund processing due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or payment gateway failures.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
